Lesson #10 - our last lesson of this dance season - You were all amazing!
We totally reviewed: Box Step, Chasse step, and the Copa Compasso (see previous dance recaps (always look for the date just after each Sunday - R side of this page)
The only new pattern that we learned was the 'Turning Box'. This is the same as the regular box, except that the Man turns to his L on the forward and on the back step. He should only turn on these steps, and not on the side steps. So . . forward turning, straight to the side & together; then back turning, & straight to the side & together. If he does 'no turn' whilst stepping to the side, it is easier for his partner to stay connected to him - so just on the 'forward' or the 'back' step.

On the last week of dance lessons We have a "wrap up party". Dance classes are not open to the public – members or guests only.
All students bring a food item – ie: appetizers, quartered sandwiches, veggies, or whatever. All foods are placed on tables at the front, and everyone helps themselves buffet style at intermission.
Students can bring their own water, pop, or juice.
