Intermediate Lesson recap - Lesson #3

1st 1/2 of the lesson was spent on reviewing the Fox Trot - promenades to pivot turn, and promenades to grapevine, and finish w/side together. *Points to remember are >> when going into the pivot turn, VIP for both parties to hold their head weight BACK over their left foot - do not collapse forward into your partner. Keep a solid frame - man must not pull his partner into him. Just swing into the turn with the L side of the body. Then R foot clearly forward between her feet. We have 3 Friday night parties during every 10 weeks of lessons. They are not open to the public, thus no witnesses. Ha! You can personally invite your friends or family members though. I often advise you of other dances offered in the Lower Mainland as well.
